INDIVIDUALISED TRAINING PROGRAMMES

 

Michael coaches a maximum of 5 athletes at any one time. Working with a small number of athletes enables him to tailor training programmes to your individual needs and maximise the benefit you see in performance.

 

Each athlete that works with Michael typically receives:

 

  • An initial consultation to discuss interests and training goals

  • Benchmark testing to determine fitness levels and aptitude

  • 1-4 training plan updates per month (dependent on training package pricing). Individualised plans designed to meet your goals. Adjusted to reflect your needs, progress and availability

  • Continual online feedback

  • 1-2-1 updates

STANDARD TRAINING PROGRAMMES

 

Michael offers standard training plans for multiple disciplines and all levels.

These range from 5k Novice run plans to Iron man Finisher plans covering 12-28 weeks in duration.

TRIATHLON
Using a triathlon training plan provides guideline to improve triathlon performance, achieve better fitness and get faster quicker. It also makes it harder to get lazy and skip a days session! These plans will help you get the best out of your body and set a new targets, covering everything you need to cover a strong swim, bike and run.

RUNNING PLANS
Following a schedule is a great way to know you are on tried and tested route to achieving your running goals. Below is a typical first 4 weeks of a 12 week intermediate 5K running plan.

Cycling has never been more popular in the UK following repeated successes in the Olympics and Tour de France. More and more people are taking up the sport, which now ranks as the third most popular recreational activity in the UK.
