Michael coaches a maximum of 5 athletes at any one time. Working with a small number of athletes enables him to tailor training programmes to your individual needs and maximise the benefit you see in performance.
Each athlete that works with Michael typically receives:
An initial consultation to discuss interests and training goals
Benchmark testing to determine fitness levels and aptitude
1-4 training plan updates per month (dependent on training package pricing). Individualised plans designed to meet your goals. Adjusted to reflect your needs, progress and availability
Continual online feedback
STANDARD TRAINING PROGRAMMES
Michael offers standard training plans for multiple disciplines and all levels.
These range from 5k Novice run plans to Iron man Finisher plans covering 12-28 weeks in duration.
