RUN ANALYSIS

Anyone can run and should be as easy as putting one foot in front of the other. 

Whether you run seriously and competitively, run for enjoyment and health, or see running simply as a feature within your sport or fitness regime, having proper technique can make a huge difference. Good running technique will help make your runs feel less tiring, reduce your risk of injury and ultimately be more enjoyable. 

 

 

 

Using specialist video analysis software I am able to provide a comprehensive evaluation of your running technique from head-to-toe.

Combining technology with years of coaching experience working in a variety of sports at different levels of performance I have gained a wealth of knowledge in analysing running movement. During the session we will discuss areas for improvement within your running form, both in terms of performance enhancement and injury prevention.

 

Running technique analysis determines running efficiency, as well as what top speeds you can reach. Understanding your technique can also help you predict areas where you may be prone to injury and areas you can improve through specific training.
