As a British Cycling level 3 (Road) coach, Michael has a wealth of experience aimed at improving your all round cycling performance

CYCLING PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS

Cycling performance analysis is an excellent start point for anyone wanting to improve performance on the bike. Our service is designed to support riders of all ages and levels.

 

Utilising peddling efficiency analysis and benchmark fitness testing calculated by maximum aerobic power or functional threshold power (FTP) we will generate personalised training zones allowing you to take full control of your training.

BIKE FIT

A proper bike fit is essential for optimal performance, efficiency, injury prevention and comfort on the bike. It provides riders with the most economic means of expending energy. A proper bit fit will prevent common pains in the knee, hip and lower back, particularly with riders who are trying to adapt their body to the bike they purchased.

A basic fit will establish the best compromise between efficient power delivery and comfort, which will vary depending on the athletes flexibility and racing objective. Using a combination of direct observation, video analysis and objective data we will establish a bike set-up adjusted for your individual needs.

Performance Analysis Session (90 mins):  £75
